Terms and Conditions – Frugal Innovations Trampolines

1. Product Use: Trampolines are intended for recreational use only. Use at your own risk. Adult supervision is required at all times.
2. Assembly: Professional assembly is recommended. Improper assembly can lead to injury. Follow all provided instructions.
3. Weight Limits: Exceeding the stated weight limit can cause damage and injury. Refer to the product specifications for weight restrictions.
4. Warranty: Frugal Innovations Trampolines provides a 1 year warranty on the trampolines. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, weather, or improper assembly.
5. Returns: Returns with original packaging and receipt are accepted within 3 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply.
6. Liability: Frugal Innovations Trampolines is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our trampolines.
7. Safety: Users must adhere to all safety guidelines provided. Do not allow multiple users to jump simultaneously. Do not use the trampoline while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
8. Changes to Terms: Frugal Innovations Trampolines reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Kenya
